Anyone fitted these DIY ?
How did you get them out ? Plenty of heat ?

i wouldn't fit them my self and im in the trade. The whole head gets warmed in a special way and the guides are frozen so that when thay return 2 room temp thay fit tight and snug

yeh we used to put the head into a big machine that cleaned and heated the head up.then we would press them out and press the new ones in but the depth has to be the same.
