My mates had his a while now, and only problem he had with it was the indacators flashing at different speeds, and sometimes not working, cant remember what it was, think it was a big fuse thing under the bonnet.

- Steering racks need replacing if it knocks when you "jiggle" the wheel left to right while stationary.
- Gear linkages are a pain in the Ass, will get progressively worse to get it into the lower gears
- I've had a coil pack on mine, mate had a coil and ECU
- Creaking rear suspension
- ABS sensor failure
- CV boot clips corroding, water getting in to the CV joint, requiring a new one

Few other niggles and stuff. There not bad motors, just have alot of re-occuring problems, that vaux didnt seem to fix in the first 4 years of manufacture .

My gear linkage is bollocksed. I need to get it sorted

The Facelift ones are apparently less prone to these niggles.
