I had a Peco backbox on my Corsa, had it on for about 3 years and was still in great condition. I think its still on now Matt has it too, from personal experiance I don't know why people slate them so much.

tbh i totally agree! when i bought that backbox in ss a year ago i payed £134 and i can honestly say its well worth the money! sound nice and deep and still looks as good as new!

peco offer know performance gains, purely looks and noise, is that why you put an aftermarket exhaust on your car??

thats why i put it on my car, you dont expect any gains by putting just a backbox on a car anyway mate tbh!

thats what i'm saying, i'd never put just a back box on which is why i don't like peco!!!

Thats exactly why I bought it, on a 1.2 Corsa its hardly worth expecting anything. I would buy one again, for the money.

true on a 1.2!!! i retract any -ve statements if putting onto a 1.2. but then again i wouldn't want a loud exhaust on a 1.2 as it would sound shit and be very droany.

To be honest, it sounded ok. I was'nt arsed about the noise so long as it was'nt too loud. It sounded just fine.
