problem sorted, inlet manifold pressure sensor wires were shot! Dont ya love the AA

Ive just replaced the gearbox oil and clutch cable in mine and gear changes are soooo smooth and easy!!
I would recommend doing it every 15k miles.
The oil that came out of my gearbox was really bad.

its goin in monday for cam belt, service and gear box oil change, its gettin a bit clunky in there so i'm starting to worry!
