found out late last night that a close friend's brother hung himself new years day.

couldnt face work today. been at home with the wife. spoke to our friend. turns out whole family were in the house when he did it. didn't leave a note or anything.

feel like shite. dont know what to do, cant think what to do or say really. god help the first person to get on the wrong side of me tomorrow at work. feel like i will end up hospitalising someone the way i feel right now
