im finding a similar problem with my calibra, insurance was cheaper last year even though i am now 23 not 22 and have 6yrs NCB. Most places want more than i paid last year

Great!

HIC are meant to be good, brentacre's CS was good but quote wasnt.
Flux are conistent, one of the cheapest so far....

Also tried elephant? They are very cheap in my experience

Some excellent companies for Performance cars are:

A-Plan
Keith Michaels
Greenlight

I was with Greenlight when I had my Integra Type R @ 22- 2 years No claims, worth 9k, Group 18, and I was paying £950

Just got a quote on my import MR2 Turbo from A-Plan- £670 @ 23 3 years no claims.

Not convertibles but still performance cars.

elephant cheapest at 590 but cant drive other cars
brentacre 700 but cant drive other cars
flux 635 but cant drive other cars

the above three werent with my points too, elephant went up to 700 with my points

got CIS down to 740 now, which is still not too bad but paid that last year - i need to drive other cars too as i have a corsa in my dads name and use this too
