not sure on age restrictions but would be a good idea to contact your insurance company to confirm your coverage for driving abroad and they should be able to confirm any details like that for you. If you are using a hire car then i believe there are age restrictions, but again check with the hire company

i think you have to have had a license for a certain amount of time. Dont know how long though sorry.

Requirements

Minimum driving age:
The minimum driving age in France is 18yrs with a Full UK License. Drivers who have passed their test within two years are restricted to speeds below 110kph on motorways, 100kph on urban motorways and 80kph outside built up areas

Don't know whay you would carry a spare fan belt on a Corsa which has an electric fan...

i assume they mean drive belt, although the haynes manual says to carry a spare too. I dont as for one thing i wouldnt usually have the tools to do it anyway
