Unless his sister had said she didn't want it it can't possibly be illegal.

i dont know why such a law. i dont know if the law only applys in certain places. church does but in a weird way.. i went to my nieces communion or what ever that thing is.. the main dude said dont take pictures of the children, only take pics of the individual child by a family member unless its by a proffesional photographer.. i understand it! that is a new born baby on here with no clothes on, im pretty sure that isnt allowed

Yea we have this policy in work, they have to fill in all sorts of forms if they want photo's taken, due to child protection

Pic deleted now just in case, Im pretty shocked at the thought that it could even be illegal but i guess i can see where you are coming from. Such a shame that we live in a world like this today 
PS I'm still over the moon for my sister, can't wait for her to get back to hers tomorrow so i can go and see them all again!! Ive been lookin after their dog for them too any he blatantly really misses them aswell!
