Got my first event on Saturday had car out a couple of times and management light has come on. When the battery has been disconnected starts ok runs ok then after a few mins light comes on idle drops and stalls, had a mate look at codes came up with 21 TPS been out again today now got code 24 vehicle speed , my speedometer is not working but would that effect the idle?????
Like i said first rally on saturday i'm now bricking it need to get it sorted can anyone help??

yes, i think the speedo not working effects the engine running somehow
the clocks put out a speed signal to the ecu

on my 1.4 xe, the speedo cable snapped and so didnt have a speedo and would cut out at trafic lights etc

Just found out when box was built the speedo drive isnt in, tran x lsd cant be fitted with speedo drive.
Going to try altering the idle or use the throttle cable to keep revs up,this will have to do until i get Robs lump in.

yep, engine ready to drop in pretty much. obviously will need fresh oil etc
