Nice.

What would concern me is the fact that its been resprayed in the past 1 and half years yet he mentions bubbling of the paint

so maybe not a very good paint job...

yeah i know what you mean.they never where very good at keeping the rot at bay even when i owned a 3 year old one it was showing signs of bubbling
