A LET is deffo possible - theres a couple on CC|UK with that - Can't remember their usernames though

C20XE I'm not so sure on - the Astra GSi engine is usually a more popular choice or just the 1.8 from the Corsa SRi.

well if a let will go in surely an XE would, just thinking because the C is so much more refined/ newer etc and quite like the styling and interior.

they only came with 1.4 then jump all the way to the modern 1.8 there was never a 1.6 was there?

take it the 1.4's aint worth much in the way of power output

might be abit extreme but why could u not fit the xe and use aftermarket managent and make ur own loom etc???

use dials etc from a corsab?? basically remove all the wiring issues??

or am i talking about something very silly??

There'll be a shit hot 1.8 C going cheap on a scrap yard soon, I've still got the V5 if any body wants to put offers in! All body work damage and the shell is twisted but the engine etc is perfect.
