my brother has chicken pox at the minute and im nearly 19 and havn't had it yet! appararently iv got a 90% chance of catching it from him because we live in the same household! so looks like i will catch it! because im nearly 19 and am therefore an adult im worried incase its going to affect me quite bad, ive read that within adults the affects can often be severe or even fatal!  
anyone on here had them at my sort of age? what was it like!

my nephew has them the now..
In adults they can turn into shingles I think it is.....Nasty

My friend has shingles.
Your body will develop the immunities dont stress about it. Id probably run a mile though just in case haha.

I had chicken pox as a kid. 2 weeks off school, bit of discomfort but otherwise quite fun!

Had this a few years back when i was 19, was fuckin awful lol soooo itchy and you get covered everywhere... and i do mean everywhere... Lots of camomile cream and alcohol did the trick, lasted a good 2 weeks though and i still have a few scars, Worst part was i had loads in my hair and it nearly drove me insane...
