This end of my inlet has completely snapped off now , leaving me with an open box for an inlet

I have a welder but the metal that goes back on is all snapped so it cant be welded back on.
Its bodged just now and obviously I am not leaving it that way !
I dont have access to any sort of tools that could cut the circle for the air to pass through , to make a new end piece but what sort of tool do i need to do such a thing ?
Any other ideas ?

Some ally/steel and then a hole cutter for metal that is the correct size.
Go and see your local fabricating shop. They'll fix it in a jiffy.

Are metal cutters available at B+Q etc ?

Gregor, if the bloke who made it welded it badly, will your welding be better?
Get it welded by an engineering firm.

The reason it came apart was because the welds were ground back to much.
Its worth a try before spend spend spending
