Also ok there has been 500 complaints... but how many people watch the show and HAVEN'T complained. Which would indicate that the majority of people would say its acceptable?

alot of the complaints came in from caravan owners when the set fire to one.
Well over 300 if i remember correctly

clarkson is a legend. the way he puts across his opinion of things is just right.
so fuck if a car is a bit gay. when they did the hummer or that cadillac escilade and were basically aiming it at drug dealers and black men, did any white people complain, i bet they didnt.

i dont think the problem here is people actually taking offence, its the fear from the bbc that the comments couldve been offensive, people need not worry so much and if someone does complain just ignore them, maybe then people wont bother complaining in the first place
