not where i work mate work in a B cat local, we dont offer the rule. if a nonce asks to go on the rule, its 23hr bang up. no gym, no association, nothing. get let out for exercise and get abuse out the windows from every other wing, get a phone call and fuck all else. strangely most of them prefer to keep quiet. i know of several nonces in my place, and yes it pises me right off no end
