would car pass if there is no rear numberplate light

maybe on an advisory as i do have one just not got all bits i need to fit and wont have them before mot

also is it m.o.t specific that hazards have to work without ignition on? ive only ever seen car tested with engine on

If the numberplate light isn't working, it's a fail. They'll probably change ot for you.

think he has a smooth boot which is why its not so easy to do... but as i said, unless you know them, it will fail on not having one.
