has it actually started losing air?
I had a nail in one of my tyres a while back, took it to the local tyre place for repair/replcement and they just pulled the nail out - it hadnt gone through and ive had no truble with it since

is that a 16" Yokohama? i had a nail in the same place and it got fixed 
even though when you ask they say ooooohhhh side wall might need a new tyres the rip offs

Nah hasn't started loosing air. It'll prob be too close to the edge to repair. Thats what they said last time, same corner . . . a month ago.

it shouldnt be repaired, due to where the nail is (close to the sidewall) but if you find a decent enough place they will do it for you..
