Do these brakes just bolt straight on? As i have just aquired some. Or will i need new hoses ?

Been drilled to 4 stud, or they come as 4 stud at they are from fiat coupe turbo 288mm

You'll need the hanger brackets.

If they're Coupe Turbo ones, the holes need elongating by 1mm outwards on each.
You'll also be wanting some braided hoses.

Yeah i have the hanger brakets. I will be upgrading to braided hoses in the near future. 
What does elongating by 1mm outwards mean?

drilling the holes out for the bolts an extra 1mm.
