if its from one of ur bank account to your other, you can do it over the net.
just go to standing orders on ur bank website account and its self explanary.
Just make sure you give them the right account no, i dident i gave them my account no but the last didget i messed up and lost two weeks wages. which apprenltly there gonna credit me back
