i read some details on them, they take over 6000 calls every minute, yet only put a call through every 120 secs or something on average.

they were also in trouble as they had let a game go on for 40 without taking any calls through.

I also think they just make the answers up as they go along, imo they should be banned or at least heavily regulated.

some of the games are a joke, like the add all the numbers ones, where the answer is always something stupid.
