I had this once, with an ex girlfriend, woke up thinking she was cheating on me and was with her ex..
Woke up and she was next to me but i felt proper sad and couldnt look at her right for a few days :

Sometimes I dream that I have fallen, I feel myself falling, then I hit the ground and leap up in the air about 6 foot... Sleep is wierd.

I don't sleep long enough to experience these, I keep waking up throughout the night, every night without fail, even sleeping pills don't work.
I hate it when it's time to sleep.
