Might of been caught for going over 30, was doing about 36 (was changing cd ) but how long does it take for the fine to come through, if their is one.? somone said if i do not hear anything within 4 weeks i am in the clear. is this right?

Its usually within 2 weeks.
I wouldn't say you are in the clear if you dont receive it in that time though. Think its something like upto 6 months they have to prosecute you

was it a speed camera or a copper with a gun? if its a speed camera it can take upto 28 days

chances of been caught are slim your speedo would be out say 3 mph so that would make it say 33mph so could be lucky and get away with it i give it 2 weeks m8

14 days - they send u a notice of intended prosecution.
search for it..plenty of sites full of info about this
