I have recently purchased a boot release kit. And looking at the diagram and the instructions I got with it I haven't a clue where to start does any1 know how to fit 1 and maybe have pics for help on doin this much apprieated.

I also have one of these acutators which i fitted into my doors for central locking i remember looking at the boot mechanism and thinkin how the hell i wud fit i still havent but ive wired them up to the doors so i could help you wit the wiring up but not the actual fiting to the boot mechanism maybe its time i gave it a second look

i use a tie wrap iirc and bolted it to boot, then tightened it enough so it opened it and sprung back, works very well

ok there's a pic of mine was a bitch but works bang on as for wiring it easy,
the green goes to ground, the blue run through the car or whereevr you put it,
wiring the relay
termnail 86 - perm 12v
terminal 85 - from switch
terminal 87 perm 12v
terminal 30 to blue wire
