I know its not what u want to hear but ill share my experience that is still goin on now.....

was with the mrs for 2 years, we got our own place (rented mind) 3 months b4 we split. she had hassle at home from her parents, wont blab them on here, and i thought i could get her out of it and help her by givin us our own space. we moved in and things were fine, but then i started gettin depressed about my sister who was extremely ill in march-sorta caught up with me a bit late, and i didnt talk to the mrs at all. we ended up argui cuz i was down and she didnt know what to do.

so in july i called it off, and i was very nasty to her, never knew i could be like i was-and i am still really ashamed of things i said to her.....

she started seeing a friend of a friend but not serious just going out type thing, and i got really angry, said even more nasty things, and i thought that was it. my heart was killin me, cuz i had made the worst decison ever by finishing with her. and it was killin me knowing how much i wanted her back, so,so,so much.

then on 4 nov 06, i was nearly killed in a car crash, and when in hospital i was screaming my ex's name out on way to theatre and i realised more than ever i not only wanted her, but i needed her.

My mum reluctantly rang her to just let her no i was in hospital n a bit abd etc-and the ex stayed silent. my mum took it as she wasnt concerned-but she was. i came out of hospital and had a text from the ex, wishin me well etc.....she came and visited me, and now we've started goin cinema with each other n talkin loads. she says she realised when she nearly lost me for good, how much we need each other.

Time, no matter which way things go, is a great healer.

peace x

the only thing to do in this situation is to sleep with her mum... this will annoy her.

So basically, go out and nearly kill yourself and it will all be better

Jokes mate, try not to let it get you down. I know how you feel, split up with my girlfriend only a couple of weeks ago and it was one of the hardest times ive been through. Everything is for the best though in the long run. Just wasnt meant to be obviously. Chin up mate.

really feel for you...

Ive just split with my 1st love last month, really hard...

she lied to me saying she would have me back just not right now... turned out shes with someone else

theres alot more to it but i dont wanna blab on...

Feels much better after this first month, im making good progress. although she suggested being friends and now shes doesnt really care if i never talk to her again, hard being friends, hard not talking you cant win...

On a similar note dont drive home when you have split, i wasnt involved in a accident but nearly killed myself.... i decided it would be best not to mention this to my ex after she said "promise you will drive careful"

I drove home 5 minutes after split, turned up the tunes (LIFEHOUSE!) and had a smile from ear to ear! The take out foods places in town just don't cut it, and I was hungry!
