For the protection of coilovers, i've been recommended silicon grease but looking at Phil's tutorial i can use lithium grease. will lithium grease do the same job because i can't find silicon grease anywhere

Andy, you can use pretty much anything, Copper slip will do the same job.

i've tried it mate, partco and halfords don't stock it, express don't have it, i've just been to the small hardware store and got some lithium grease instead

mint getting them fitted tomorrow afternoon, i'm only worried about having et45 wheels i don't think i'm going to get away with a stupid drop until i get some new wheels.

I used JCB grease in my tutorial. Don't be shy, Slap it on get them nice and coated!
Wheels should fit ok. Just mind the tops of the tyres on the Shocker. With the adjustable camber malarky! Mine rubbed and shredded a half work Toyo
