makes me mad. Why bid for an item if you arent interested in buying???
what is the best way to go about it etc?
Has anyone had this done to them??
I know my girlfriends brother wins bids on cars, which he has no intention of buying, he hasnt passed his test yet ffs. WINDS me up

Never happened to me.
What did happen was once I thought I had been bumped last minute by a nigerian (new member that day 0 rating) So I offered 2nd chance to the 2 people under him & surprise surprise next time I logged onto my account I had 3 payments been made via paypal

Happened a few times to me but not for much cash..Just filed non paying bidder with ebay and got the listing fee etc back..
but yeah it pisses me off..

happened 2 me 2 or 3 times again not much money £20-£30 but is a major piss off...
especially when you message them numerous times with eother no reply or they say they are going to pay but don't!!
Usually you have to try and scare them with a last reminder e-mail thign from ebay but on last 2 i got pissed off left them negative and filed for the money... and after checking i have got it back

I bought an item using Buy It Now and then realised they didn't accept Paypal 
I felt like a Chump.

Will do, which will be this sunday. Then i will send ebay an email saying buyer did not pay for item.
makes me think as one of his feedback is negative and saying buyer never paid for item.

yeah, the paypal things happened to me quite alot. and my brother does it all the time!
i think if seller's have paypal, they would make soo much more money. ive seen it happen alot.
