I posted on here before looking for places to buy tools. Someone on here suggested Machinemart.co.uk and thumbs up to whoever that was Really reasonable proces and the staff cant do enough to help you.

Anyway pretty much everything arrived last week on a big pallet. I originally put them in my garage but moved them up to a cupboard in my room tonight as my garage is very insecure although i left the engine crane in the garage as i didnt want to try lugging that up my stairs

In total i spent £552 and ive still got more to spend as i dont have everything i will be needing.

Here is a rough list of what i bought

Engine Crane
Axle Stands x 4
Creeper
Wheel Brace
Clarke Battery Charger and Engine Starter
Oil Filter Wrench
1/2 inch drive socket set
1/4 inch drive socket set
hammer
screwdrivers
various torx/hex bits
Pliers
Clutch Allignment Tool
Spark Plug Sockets
Stanley Knife
Allen Keys
Trolley Jack
9 Drawer Tool Chest
and various other wee bits and pieces.

Here are some pics:

Really Happy with everything and i would recommend Machinemart.co.uk to anyone needing any kind of tools.

£500 quid though Stu, thats like a nice new LSD for the corsa or something.

However, you do drive a TVR now so the more tools you have the better

I would have spent that money on a halfords pro tool set TBH and then bought the rest of the stuff from halfords, I have all halfords pro stuff and cant fault it at all, its top quality and a very cheap price

But I want a cabinet now!

my dad has a trade card for the simple fact my uncle used to work at Halfords, i'm talking years ago but he still knows people that work there and sorted it out for him. 4.5 litre of Magnatec: £17 instead of £25
