how many structural mods have to be done to let you do that? cus theres no way a stock corsa chasis would be able to take that sorta torque/power.

Does the bonnet vibrate on these engines because ive noticed that both beardys and the one in classifieds have scuffs/damage on the engine cover in similar places

If you have a later spec corsa shell they are stornger and you dont "need" to seam weld it, it would be a good idea to tho, as it will mean the shell is stiffer and will not flex as much in corners.
Corsa shells are tough
