been parked up in local car park, talking to another sporting owner i had only just got talking to, earlier in the night i had seen him drinking, anyway later on i saw him and was speaking to him agen he pulled up beside me and sed one sec ill just got for a piss, he spun his car of leaving a mark turning left scratching my front bumper very deep, and he didnt even turn away he put a big scratch down the side of his car, anyway he parked up nad i went to see him and said ill have to take your insurance details and he was ummin and r'ing and he sed he doesnt have any details with him and i went well i have to take your reg and some details, so i returned to my car to take down the details and he drove off, all i managed to get was his reg. ive reported to the police and there investigating and if he doesnt turn up withing 24hrs then he has left the scene of an RTA, i have informed my insurance company aswell, im 17 just been driving 3 weeks and this happerns, my insurance is ski high as it is, im just woundering what will happern and if anyone has had this done to them,

dont claim for it mate im in the same position as you. Its not worth it just pay £100 for a repair.

Hope they catch the guy, i think they will. he will pay for it when they do

Shouldnt come off your insurance, should come off his anyway shouldnt it?

the police will first prosocute them ofr fleeing the scene of a accident and criminal damage and prosocute for that

find out where he lives, send the boys round on a serious note, you should get that repaired off his insurance, was there any witnesses?

It won't be worth claiming of yours anyway if the worst comes to the worst. You've probably got a Young Driver excess. I know on Churchill it is a whopping £400.

Just hope he has insurance and claim off his. Shouldn't cost you a penny in theory.

someone reversed into my mum onces and drove off and she took his reg plate and the insurance never found him! so it come off her insurance and she lost her no-claims, i know its sounds nasty to you butt i just thought id say!!
