Phoned a bloke today about a Corsa SRi its black (most importantly) and its got 17" wheels, being a current Cavalier owner for the past 10yrs I know nothing about the model. The car is up for sale at £295 and all it needs is a gearbox. Is it worth it and what sort of goodies did the SRi Model come with. Its on a 95N plate

Sounds cheap enough to me, what condition is it in? mileage etc? If thats all good then for £295 you can't go wrong, a gearbox is no biggie.

OH dear its a shed. totally abused, rust in the boot, you can see daylight where the arch meets the rear, seams completely rusted away probably due to the aftermarket lights he's put on it, interiors ripped to shreds, needs bonnet, Front + Rear bumpers, I wonder what other horrors are lurking within

To be honest, I wouldn't have gone to look at it to begin with, theres loads of decent SRi's out there for not a lot of money!

ill be selling mine for £5-600 next month, has a little bit of rust on the tailgate and slight dent on the bonnet but well looked after car, im a vauxhall mechanic so all done properly, well serviced, new rear brakes last month, having new engine fit before sale due to noisy crank bearings when cold. if ur interested u2u me geoff. its got 100k on clock, lexus lights on back that came with car, pipercross ind kit + b'box and 15inch tsw alloys, apart from that standard, and its in black!!
