This reminds me, I have my 'Stage 1' 3 month review (or 12 weeks) on Tuesday with the PM and my bosses, bosses, boss That'll be fun.

Manager was really impressed and wants me to take on a bigger role. Said he didn't see me doing this job in 5 years tiem and that he saw me being a supervisor/manager. I asked about more money and he said ask him again in Febuary when they do the company review.

I asked about training for CAD and that I was thinking about doing a course, he said do the course, come back to him and he'll take me on.

Getting a new pc too
