you have to declare mods, otherwise insurance is void.
my mate didnt declaire any of his crashed claimed of insurance and they paid out. 1500 he got aswell
You mate is a prime example of a wanker that bumps our preimiums up
Why because he crashed his car and they paid out for it???
Looking at the big picture he should not have got any money as his insurance was void so yes because he paid out its another statistic against young drivers so insurance goes up

i can see your point there he shouldnt have, but they did. They only paid for a standard front bumper though. Engine was standard but they still paid out for radiator etc.

I;m uilty of it too so I cannot really judge him - it would have been better for my insurance to say it was void becuae I ran into the back of him at about 3mph and he claimed personal injuries the wanker
Through the insurance I did 300 notes of damage to his car the prick
I paid myself to fix mine but he wouldn't settle without using the insurance as he wanted an injury claim

Just be like my dad. No claims on his car policy since he passed at 17. He's 46 in January. 1 claim on his van policy and that was become some asshole stopped in front of him at South Mimms when it was clear.
