special delivery is always best as it will allways be with a postman or locked in rooms with limited access

I think you've misunderstood what I meant. What I meant is that every single service offers a compensation level of at least £32. Yes, you'll only get paid to a maximum of that amount on some services, but there isn't a service that only offers £10 max or no compensation whatsoever etc.
First Class, Second Class, Recorded Delivery and Standard Parcels all have £32 insurance. Standard Parcels with extra compensation can have up to £500 and Special Delivery has cover starting from £500
