Just to stop people putting up posts saying "Why is the clock on CS an hour out?! "
You have to adjust it yourself, to do this goto:

1) Click "My profile" in the top right corner
2) Click "Edit Profile" from the bar near the top
3) Scroll to the bottom and adjust the GMT offset time setting from "1" to "0"
4) Save settings by clicking the "Edit profile" button at the bottom and you're done
