if 2 cars have a bump in a private car park are u still insured to make a claim??
sound a bit stupid but i'm just thinking about people who use car parks for learning

It depends on how "private" the car park is. If it is open to the public (eg a supermarket car park) then it would be an accident as per the Road Traffic Act so yes. However if you are referring to people who drive their friends cars in car parks and are not supervised as per the law then that would invalidate the insurance.
