I was meant to have my phone line connected last wednesday, it got to wednesday and it still wasn't on, so i phoned up and they said they would sort it. Didnt hear anything until friday where they said there was a problem with the exchange and it should be sorted. Still no dial tone. Waited until today for an engineer, he tested the line said another problem with the exchange, went off, then came back with one of those cherry pickers and messed with the telephone post, and said it would be working. I then had a text update saying the problem was fixed and that I was satisfied. They hadnt even asked me if it was working so i phoned them again, still not working now they say they wont be able to get another engineer to fix another problem in the exchange until thursday 
i've had to re-arrange sky 3 times already now as sky+ needs a phone line, now sky are supposed to be coming thursday and the line still isn't fixed, im sure they are just spinning me a line
