what happens when some one leaves the man hole cover off leaving a 4 foot hole in the middle of the road. two fucked alloys, bent wish bone and some thing bent on the back not sure what maybe stub axle?

if he has pictures of the manhole off and different angles of the road and pictures of all the damage done and a report from a mechanic....also a witness?? should get costs covered with a claim

Hurry up and get the pictures of the hole, because they'll soon stick the cover back on it!

Not sure whether it'll be your local council or the county council you'll have to contact. It'll depend on the road.

Loads of ppl get cash from the council for this type of thing without going through insurers..

Get all the pictures and get the claim inot the council..
