They sound rather dodgy to me and i want to report the e-mail addy to ebay but can't find the right option to go through as it ask's me for there ebay ID.

I've seen a couple of post's about e-mails like this on here before, so thought a few of you might know where to tell ebay about it?

Hello Seller,
My Name is Peter.
I'm a citizen of United Kingdom, but I have all my business with my family in United State of America. I have the intention of purchasing your advert for sale. I'll pay you with a UK cheque, and wait for the pick up once the transaction has been sealed. If this is okay with you,do get back to me with your LAST PRICE so that I can forward the payment to you.
Regards,
Peter.

And a second email after i said i would accept a cheque:

Hello,
Thanks for your email.
The price is okay with me,and I'm ready to pay £2,225 for the car . I am currently working in a mining company in America, and I will be going under next week so I won't be able to communicate with you due to the nature of my business. But,I've instructed my business partner who is owing me £6,500 to issue a cheque to you in your name. As soon as you reeceive it,you'll clear it which will take 3-5 days, and as soon as it clears, you'll deduct the money for the car ,and then transfer the remaining funds to my shipper via Western Union so that he can come over to the place. If this is okay with you,do get back to me with your Full Data so that I can forward it to my business partner to send the cheque to you next week
your full name.............
your full address ...........
your mobile number ..........

I didn't think anyone was as gullible as what a lad at Uni is but we were chatting about mobiles phones the other day when my mate took his phone out his pocket:

"That was the phone I got ripped off on ebay!"
"What happened like?"
"Some woman won the auction in America but asked if I'd send it to her husband in Nigeria instead"

Actually, according to the first email, he only wants to buy the advert, not the car!
