I've got the handle surrounds done too but need to get the little bit behind the handle done too before they can go in.

I dont want to over do the colour coding, rather keep it subtle...

Think i'll be doing the side air vent surrounds too to mach the centre console though just to tie it all in...

pick off slider button, remove the big longbit of plastic,
undo 2 screws here last
pull outter heater knobs out,
middle one pull out for rear demister, insert thin screwdriver into the hole to undo the clip while pullin
push both heater vents down,
undo screws in the top corners,

The Date section goes off when you turn on the stereo

You can cut a wire to stop this, but not got round to doing it yet (and not certain of the colour )

Standard but stylish is deffinatley the look i like.

I have the handle surrounds but i'm planning Electric window convertion very soon so not fitted them yet. May get the outside vent surrounds done too, but Not the speedo rim i think thats a Little too much, or best saved for a silver car

Looks shizz that, like alot of people said spray your cd surround and if you can your ashtray. Id leave everything else as i think its overkill. A solid block of colour smack bang in center of the car will look the nuts.

I did mine last week, sand paper, primer, paint and an aching wrist
BTW i got rid of the sprayed glovebox handle and changed it for an origional one and now ive sprayed the ashtray adswell.
