I was wondering about this,is there a licence you need ?i would just be doing it on the side at weekends (cash) ,mainly aimed at weddings.Would advertise in flower shops and churches local paper etc.Would be using my own car.

Insurance for business use and probably some sort of public liability. You may also need to contend for the licence to hire, depends how its done in your area.

It'll cost enough to wipe out the income from doing it.
