How much does it cost to build something like that, or like Beardys?

Depends on who you know and what you can do.

Nova: £200
2x LET's: £2k
Steel: £400

That's a gross generalisation, but anyone could take on a project like that if they have the knowhow or the balls.

Depends how you go about it
BUT i wouldent start it unless you have about £15,000 to play with, as with a project like this you can not cut corners as its total differant to fitting a engine where its mean to be. I will feel safe in my car going all out as i know if i hit anything all the bracing on the car i am sure i will walk away....

You could do it on the cheap and throw it together BUT its never going to be a good spec and work very well, The Nova in the vid was done with a basic ammount of money and time, which worked well to start with BUT always brakes down.

i have seen twin engine Nova go for £2000 on Ebay it was twin C20XE and again throw together for grass track.
