I'm currently struggling to get my feet to do a different beat from my hands - I can do a seperate beat from my right hand to my left no problem but when it comes to feet and hands I need to work on that!

Acoustic kit really isn't an option - if I had an on site garage I probably would get one but I don't and no way am I leaving it in my garage which is a few houses away from my house.
No, gonna have to be a digital kit, just undecided if I should get one that goes through my PC or one that goes through a stereo - PC one is cheaper and I have a PC already, non-PC one is more expensive and I'd want to get another stereo to go with it so will be even more expensive
