maybe jsut black wheels and deck it, smoke the clear parts of the lights front and back.

Aye, wheels being painted would make a lot of difference. Maybe a light smoke tint to the windows too? If you darkened the wheels and the windows, you could tint the white area of teh rear lights in a smoke too. Look quite mean then I think
