Sit-ups will do nothing to get rid of a beer belly, it will just train the muscles behind the fat. So you could be doing 100's of sit ups a day and your abs could be huge, but you wouldnt see them.
And just doing cardio work wont help either, you HAVE to have a good diet along with a good workout.

Thats rubbish, sit up are possibly the worst exercise for tonning uo your stomach not to mention not being good for your back.
Best thing is to do loads of cardio and exercises with medicine balls etc

yeah pretty much.. but hardly anyone drinks that much water.

you can drink tooo much water and kinda wash away some of your body salts.. so dont go mad and drink like 6+

im not trying to say im some super fit god far from it.
i have about a stone to shift 
just leant some bits from magazines and other people..
speak to Jake or Seth from here. They know their stuff..

go work at morrisons.. 
when i started ther i weighed 15.6 st... yea i know alot..
6 months later i weigh in at 12.1 st.
dont really excersice, dont eat any junk food, ie crips, choc, kfc, mcd's etc.. nothing like that..
eat lots of fruit, apples, pears, pinapple (fresh)
i have lost alot on my arms, legs and face and i little bit on my belly..

Try keep off fast food too, iv lost half a stone from keeping off the stuff.
I also joined a gym but cant do much running or rowing as it sets my asthma off.
Im 17 and weigh 9.5stone and im around 5ft 5.
