I bought a set from Halfords at Ponti.
I had them nicked off the car at Halfords Ponti
They're not that anti nickable
I invested a little more in flush fitting valves.
Not had a problem since

Wasting your time with the normal anti-theft caps. Doesnt take long for them to work out how to get them off and normaly by doing so they destroy the thread on the valve.
These ones are the ones you want. 2 Kids with a pair of plyers had a go (Neighbour saw them and shouted at them) and they still didnt get them off.

You can get them off ebay

I have a set of those richbrook ones in black as it matches my wheels. Very good pieces of kit, cost about 12 quid. I left one at a petrol garage though!

Just put razorblades into them, so that the kids slice their fingers open when they try to remove them...
Oh, and make sure the edges of the razorblades are rusty, so it gives them tetanus......or you could use strychnine or similar.
*disclaimer - the above is not a serious suggestion, and I take no responsibility for anyone actually doing this*
