braces came off recently so with the retainer so get pain with the teeth tryin to move. thought my fillin came off as tooth became so sensitive
text my mate whos studyin to be a dentist and she goes might be decay underneathe the teeth, wil prob need xrays and MAYBE need extracted
did a google search and found out its the nerve in the tooth has dyed, also bout these root canals, which il prob need insted of removin the tooth and get a crown put over it and dye the grey back to my enamel color. whats folks experiences with them?
cheers

I had the same thing I think... should have needed a cap, but the dentist said they would try doing a coloured root filling.
Its been fine up until recently & its starting to loose colour
Looks like its going to need capping instead.

hygeia star What does root canal treatment cost?
Each private root treatment costs from £266.00. The exact price depends on which tooth is to be filled (some teeth have more roots than others so it takes longer to treat them – each root has to be done separately). Where root treatment is proposed, your dentist will explain which teeth need root canal treatment and what the cost will be. If you'd like a written treatment plan (ie an estimate),

because not that many dentists are nhs these days, and the ones that are get less funding then hospitals. I expect immigrants get free dental care?
