spray the underside of the bolt (under the car) with plusgas, or a decent lube (not WD40, its rubbish) then use a big breaker bar on them

if its not moving much, its just rusted up.

mole grips wont work, i tried.

Stilson grips will, the ones which self tighten the more pressure you put on them...

good mole grips would.

but i agree with rob the cracking noise is it turning, its just very tight. Try spraying it with a decent lube then tightening it back up then undoing it, by tightening it back up you work the lube into the threads!

Get underneath, you'll be able to see the bolt, get a wire brush and clean off any rust/shit under there and WD40 it. Might help...

the srews have lock tight in them so when the bolts get hot as u crew then in then stick between the thread an go rock solid when the thread has cooled down, get a heat gun an warm up the thread from the underside of the car (doing it from the top with soften the torque head meaning it will round off easier not what u wanna be doing)

failing that get yaself to ya local lookers then took mine out for free wen mine got stuck how way out like yours seem to have done,

i also bought 4 new ones wen puttin the seats in, they cost pennys so u might as wel as u never know when u may have to take them out again and you could encounter the same problem, except this time youd have a greater chance of rounding the torque head off
