But if they don't have the wires for that i'd guess its not brand new.
I'd rather have brand new less known name than cheap 2nd hand philips without the proper cables.

not at all cheap ones from asda, argos ect dont come with a scart.

they are considerably less ascetically pleasing to look at and suffer from a far worse menu system than the more expensive boxes.

i know this as i have a cheapo one and parents have an expensive one.
