inlet for the turbo i would have thought.
i want to know what's going on in this pic

he's using an 8 injector setup, 4 in the plenum, 1 per throttle body...
so what are the banjo fittings on the inlet manifold?

Most likely either air injection, or methanol, or poss even water.

they are to quote martin
They all go to a separate canister from which all the vacuum (or boost!) pipes are taken for the Map sensor,fuel reg,dump valve etc Don't forget this engine does not have onw throttle but has four hence this mod.
