iv just purchased this alpine sub in

what power should i run it at the get the best from it, ie

600W x 1 RMS [2 §Ù @14.4V (1%THD)]
400W x 1 RMS [4 §Ù @14.4V (1%THD)]
400W x 1 RMS [2 §Ù @12V (1%THD)]
250W x 1 RMS [4 §Ù @12V (1%THD)]

and how do i acheive running a sub at 2ohms please?
